The classical (incompressible) potential flow theories for low speed aerodynamics of fine aerodynamics and high and low aspect ratio wings.
- Linearised theories for compressible subsonic and supersonic aerodynamics.
- The non-linear theory of the potential flow of small transonic disturbances, including supercritical wing sections, the extended transonic area rule with elevation effect, the transonic elevation line, and swept or oblique wings to minimize wave resistance.
